Undergrad Research Opportunities

Undergraduate Research Opportunities

The Aging and Cognitive Training Lab uses quantitative, experimental research methods to discover how we can maximize memory in midlife and beyond. Research Assistants (RAs) will receive training on tasks related to the entire research process, from piloting new measures and recruiting research participants, to conducting interviews and administering tests, to coding data and disseminating results via presentations and publications.

We may be recruiting RA's. Competitive applicants will be reliable, motivated, willing to learn, and have good social skills. Preference will be given to applicants with strong University of Pacific GPAs who are interested in working two or more semesters. RA's must be available for three hours of lab work each week plus weekly mandatory lab meetings.

Submit your online application here. After you submit, send me an email to let me know to check your application. Direct questions to Dr. Strickland-Hughes at cstricklandhughes@pacific.edu or (209) 946-7315.
